Magenta Care LLC is seeking a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver high-quality patient care in the Great Falls, MT area. This role involves traveling to clients within a 1–2 hour radius to start and manage infusion therapies.

You will assess patients, collaborate with physicians, educate families on therapy, and document care promptly in the chart while maintaining safety standards and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Valid Montana RN license or Multistate Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• CPR and Basic Life Support certification.

• Provide direct home health nursing care following the RN scope of practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with active family involvement.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced home infusion RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

The primary location for this position will be in Great Falls, MT, with the requirement to travel up to one to two hours outside of Great Falls to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, practicing within the scope of the registered nurse practice act.
• Continuously assess, use nursing diagnosis, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care, actively involving patients and their families in the process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive plan of care that addresses the unique needs of each patient and their family.
• Facilitate patient start of care through the admission process.
• Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights, preferences, and safety are upheld.
• Document and effectively communicate any changes in the patient's condition promptly to team members, the Director of Clinical Services, and the physician.
• Provide nursing care to home health patients, adhering to established standards of care and following agency policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy management, potential side effects, and self-care practices

Requirements

• Valid MT Registered Nurse (RN) license Or Multistate RN License (Compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• Healthcare provider CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Montana state Driver's license with proof of insurability
