Job summary

New Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for an RN Home Health role (Full-Time/Direct-Hire) with an excellent benefits package and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, care plan collaboration, skilled nursing interventions (wound care, IV therapy, meds), patient/family education, supervision of LPNs/LVNs and aides, and on-call support. Travel to all locations may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the state.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• CPR certification required.

• Respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions/on-call, and adjust plans based on ongoing monitoring.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.

• Deliver emotional support and education to patients and caregivers based on individual needs.

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state.
• One (1) year experience as a RN.
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
