Hireology is seeking a Home Health RN to provide professional nursing services in patients' homes across Michigan. You will support care from acute recovery to chronic disease management, traveling between locations as needed.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, patient education, and collaboration with physicians to create and adjust individualized care plans. A strong focus on safety, documentation, and regulatory standards is required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to manage workload independently.

Responsibilities
