Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and deliver high-quality home nursing services in alignment with our philosophy and standards. You will be responsible for case management and coordinating care for patients under our community health nursing program.

Required are a state RN license, a BSN preferred, and two years of medical/surgical nursing experience, plus a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance. Home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Case management and provision of quality home nursing services.
• Adherence to agency philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
