Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage cases and provide quality home nursing services to patients in their homes. The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program and active RN licensure in the state, with 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience and a valid driver's license.

Home Health experience is preferred, offering an opportunity to work within Mercy's standards of community health nursing practice and policy guidance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valud driver's license and required auto liability insurance.
• Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients.
