BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our home health services. The role oversees Plan of Care management, staff supervision and clinical compliance, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in a dynamic home care setting.

As RN Manager you will drive clinical quality, regulatory adherence, and team development, while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet patient needs across Brockton, MA and surrounding areas.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy proficiency.
• Sales & business development mindset to attract and retain clients.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in leadership & management of nursing staff.
• Care plan development experience.
• Quality assurance & risk management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Reliable car, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Flexible with on-call responsibilities and emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments to ensure care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
