Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead clinical operations of our home care services, plan of care management, staff supervision and clinical compliance.

The role emphasizes quality, adequacy, and reliability, with focus on staff development and regulatory adherence. Massachusetts RN license and 2–3 years in home health are required, along with IV infusion expertise and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV infusion therapy expertise including medications, hydration, and TPN.
• Sales & business development mindset to attract and retain clients/referral partners.
• CPR certification.
• Leadership and management experience to supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff.
• Care plan development experience and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and scheduling abilities.
• Reliable car, driver's license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments ensuring regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise and train the home care nursing team, including hiring and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
