BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead the clinical operations of our home care services. You will own quality, adequacy, and reliability of our program—Plan of Care management, staff supervision, and clinical compliance.

As an RN Manager, you will supervise a nursing team, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive improvements in patient outcomes. Flexible hours with leadership responsibilities in a recognized home health provider.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of operation (Massachusetts).
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficient in IV infusions and related therapies.
• Strong sales, client attraction and referral partner collaboration.
• CPR certification and leadership/mentoring abilities.
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate nurses and aides.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and the home health team.
• Perform in-home assessments and ensure care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
