BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to lead clinical operations. The role focuses on Plan of Care management, staff supervision, and clinical compliance across the in-home care program.

The RN will oversee care quality, regulatory adherence, and team performance, with opportunities for leadership and professional development in a supportive, growth-minded organization.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years’ experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing facility.
• Proficient in IV infusions, hydration, and TPN management.
• Wound care including dressings and NPWT/Wound VAC.
• Sales or business development mindset to attract/referral partners.
• CPR certification is required.
• Skilled in creating and overseeing care plans.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Reliable car with valid license and insurance.
• Flexible with on-call duties and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments to ensure regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
