Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company in a remote, nationwide role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with federal regulations, including long-term care, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
• Perform on-site evaluations, including record reviews, staff and patient interviews, and facility observations.
• Communicate findings and deficiencies effectively to facility personnel and during exit conferences.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Participate in training and work groups as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the SMQT.
• Minimum two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Current RN licensure.
• Strong decision-making and independent working skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
