Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to work in a dynamic environment supporting clients nationwide. The role is 100% remote with up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with federal regulations
• Prepare for and perform on-site surveys, including observations, record reviews, and staff interviews
• Evaluate healthcare quality, patient rights, and facility conditions
• Communicate findings and deficiencies to facility staff and during exit conferences
• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor improvements
• Assist with training and participate in work groups as needed

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing SMQT
• At least 2 years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities
• Current RN licensure
• Independent decision-making skills and ability to manage survey processes
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly
