Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of a Nurse Supervisor and interdisciplinary team in a long-term care setting.

The position emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation using PCC EHR, mentorship of LPNs and CNAs, and collaboration with physicians and families to support safe discharge planning. A valid RN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
Active RN license in the State Board of Nursing.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred; strong clinical skills welcome.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for clear clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive outcomes.
Perform comprehensive assessments and care planning.
Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs per state acts.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care plans.
Maintain accurate real-time documentation with PCC EHR.
