Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking an International Registered Nurse (RN) to participate in a structured orientation and training program. There is no direct patient care during orientation until licensing is finalized, with job shadowing and online training included.

Responsibilities include observing patient care, care planning, delegation, supervision, and evaluation to align with care goals and reduce hospital readmissions.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an approved school's nursing program.
• Must be licensed or have license endorsement pending with the state.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to safely assist patients.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• View implementing and managing patient care.
• Observe care planning and delegation of tasks to staff.
• Monitor staff supervision and ensure tasks are carried out per policy.
• Evaluate and adjust the care plan to meet patient goals and reduce readmissions.
