Windward Gardens in Rockport, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents. Under supervision, you will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring LPNs and CNAs, maintaining accurate PCC documentation, ensuring safety, HIPAA compliance, and facilitating smooth transitions from hospital to home

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license issued by the State Board.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute or geriatric nursing preferred.
• English proficiency for clear clinical documentation.
• Health screenings including TST per state guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and assess patient needs.
• Develop care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs in accordance with state acts.
• Maintain real-time PCC documentation and ensure safety.
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education.
