Job summary

Arbors at Marietta is hiring a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure care is delivered safely and efficiently in a long-term care setting.

Starting wages range from $38 to $48.50 per hour with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time roles. Daily, weekly, or bi-weekly pay options are available through UKG Wallet and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences for individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' conditions and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns care to team members based on needs and qualifications.
• Supervises LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs and evaluates performance.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and documents treatments per rules.
