Job summary

Arbors at Delaware in Delaware, OH is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive nursing care for residents. You will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, and ensure safety and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program and valid Ohio RN license.
• Literal CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver total nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads conferences to develop individualized care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' conditions and nursing needs.
• Administers medications and starts IVs as required.
• Supervises LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Coordinates nursing care with therapy departments.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
