Job summary

Arbors at Marietta is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Warrior role. The position offers starting wages of $38–$48.50 per hour, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus or full-time one-year payout; daily, weekly, or bi-weekly payment options are available through UKG Wallet.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and providing total nursing care for residents, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences in developing individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Supervises, directs and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and performs treatments as required.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Supports physicians with tests and procedures within state law.
• Coordinates nursing care during therapy or procedures in other departments.
• Interviews applicants and participates in staff hiring and discipline as permitted by state act.
