Arbors of Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents at our Ohio facility. You will supervise clinical staff and ensure high-quality patient care in a team-driven environment.

Starting wages range from $40.00 to $46.00 per hour, with pay options and a focus on growth, teamwork, and patient-centered care. This role emphasizes meaningful daily impact and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate RN with valid state license.
• CPR certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members per needs and capabilities.
• Supervises CNAs, LVNs, and LPNs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and documents treatments.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures within state practice act.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are safely maintained.
• Records observations and coordinates with other departments.
