Arbors at Mifflin in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and provide comprehensive nursing care for residents. You will supervise clinical staff and contribute to a patient-centered environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN license in state employed (OH) required or eligible.
• CPR certification required.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' conditions and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns care tasks to team members based on resident needs and qualifications.
• Supervises and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs and performs treatments as required.
• Participates in orientation and inservice training for personnel.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures within state Nursing Practice Act.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained.
