Genesis is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in multiple shifts—day, night, and PRN—across our long-term care facilities. We seek compassionate professionals who will deliver holistic patient care, mentor peers, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN or BSN, an active RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. Great benefits, ongoing education, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with ADN or BSN.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Clear English communication for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs within state guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Mentor and onboard new nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in PCC EHR.
