Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at our 90-acre continuing care retirement community in Peabody, MA. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote health, independence, and quality of life for older adults.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months RN experience
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred
• Active RN license in the practicing state required
• CPR certification required
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; EMR experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families and address physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and educating residents/families
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in status to ensure comfort and safety
• Support care associates in routine nursing tasks
• Maintain infection control and administer medications per orders
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
