Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote health and wellbeing for residents through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The RN provides clinical duties and supports families.

The role emphasizes individualized care, documentation, and safety, with compensation of $44–$55 per hour plus weekend bonuses, and growth opportunities within the Erickson Senior Living network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience caring for seniors or those with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions and self-care.
• Monitor resident status to identify changes and act to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
