Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA, seeks an RN to join our nursing team. Part-time and per diem roles include day, evening, and night shifts.

You will provide person-centered care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents and families with compassion. The position offers new pay rates between $44 and $55 per hour plus shift differentials, plus a $7,500 retention bonus for 24 hours or more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
• Coordinate a holistic care plan with the team.
• Document care in the EMR and keep it current.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
