Job summary

Mercy Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for General Surgery 3W at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO.

The role supports patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process, coordinating care with other departments and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. This full-time, night-shift position (7:00pm–7:00am) offers weekend coverage with a 36-hour work week, and qualifies for Mercy's comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
