Duke University Health System in Durham, NC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the General Medicine Stepdown unit—open to experienced or new graduates. Full-time, three 12-hour shifts, with days or rotating options.

Relocation assistance and up to $25,000 in student loan forgiveness are available to qualifying candidates. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, document plans, delegate tasks, and participate in ongoing professional development and performance improvement activities within

Qualificações

• Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing or NC compact license.
• BLS Certification required for patient care.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients per care plans.
• Document nursing assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations.
• Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Support clinical teams and participate in performance-improvement activities.
• Maintain environment and resources to ensure patient safety and quality care.
