Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our PRN team. You will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities, promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care.
