Ginger Cove in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) to care for residents in a senior living community. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on 12-hours night shifts (7:00 PM -7:00 AM). This position works 3 nights a week, including every other weekend, offering a predictable schedule with built-in flexibility.

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care while supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents during the overnight hours.

Qualifications: Job Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Knowledge and experience working with senior communities in a long-term care facility.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia.
• At least one year full-time clinical experience in a Home Health agency or related community health program.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, doctors, and co-workers.
• Ability to organize, supervise, delegate and provide leadership.
• Computer literacy.
• Must have completed or be willing to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified timeframe.
• Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for elderly, and use tact in dealing with others.
