Job summary
Ginger Cove in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) to care for residents in a senior living community. This role offers a consistent 3-night schedule with every other weekend, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, and a supportive, CARF-accredited work environment.

Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license required.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred.
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident health and provide skilled nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and care plans.
- Assist with care planning and resident assessments.
- Respond promptly to medical needs and emergencies.
- Collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support a safe, calm night-time environment.
