Job summary

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Full-Time NOC shift. The RN will provide compassionate, safe care to residents, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document care accurately.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, demonstrates strong clinical and communication skills, and can work independently or with the team to support resident well-being, safety, and quality of life in a post-acute setting.
