Job summary

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a full-time NOC shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document thoroughly.

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a Full-Time NOC shift.

Position Details

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: NOC

Pay: $45-$50 per hour , DOE

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support nursing staff as needed
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
