East Bay Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time AM shift. The role requires a CA RN license, CPR/BLS, and post-acute care experience. You will supervise LVNs/CNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, and facility policies.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident conditions with timely response to changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs in delivering quality resident care.
• Communicate with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care plan meetings.
• Promote infection control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and care needs.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
