• Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning with proper safety techniques.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Providing emotional support and building relationships with residents and families.
• Assisting licensed staff with care and documentation as needed.
• Following all infection control procedures.
