Avenue at Westshore in Holland, Michigan, is opening Fall 2025 and seeking compassionate Floor Nurses (LPNs/RNs) to provide direct resident care in a luxury-style facility with private rooms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams
• Participate in care planning and assessments
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance
