Avenue at Holland in Holland, MI is hiring compassionate Floor Nurses (LPNs or RNs) to provide direct resident care in a brand-new, hotel-like post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We offer 12-hour shifts, day and night options, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams.
• Participate in care planning and assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
