Job summary

The Avenue at Holland in Holland, MI is seeking Floor Nurses (LPN or RN) to join our compassionate team in a brand-new facility with private rooms and a hotel-like atmosphere. You will provide direct care and support to residents in a team-oriented setting.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and 12-hour shifts (day and night). Responsibilities include delivering care per individualized plans, administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams.
• Participate in care planning and assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
