Job summary

The Avenue at Holland, operated by Progressive Quality Care Inc, is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses (LPN or RN) to provide direct resident care in our 12-hour shift facility.

You'll deliver care per individualized plans, administer meds, document changes, support admissions/discharges, and collaborate with care teams in a private-room, hotel-like setting. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the hiring state.
• CPR certification required (AHA/Red Cross or equivalent).
• Minimum one year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams.
• Participate in care planning and assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
