Job summary

The Avenue at Holland is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses to care for residents in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Holland, MI. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with care teams on individualized plans.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, day and night shifts with 12-hour rotations, and a family-owned environment focused on dignity and healing.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams.
