Job summary

Avenue at Wooster is hiring compassionate Floor Nurses to provide direct care to residents in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. We offer full-time and part-time roles with day and night shifts to fit flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
