Avenue at Wooster is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses (LPN/RN) to deliver direct resident care in a post-hospital rehab and skilled nursing setting in Wooster, OH. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and support admissions and transfers with a collaborative care team.

Qualifications
