Job summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking experienced registered nurses to join our Clinical Support Unit float pool. You will provide flexible, high‑quality care across Peds Med‑Surg, NICU, and PICU, with potential Mother/Baby rotations, across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.

The role requires an active RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and a BLS certification. Night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with self-scheduling and relocation/sign-on bonus opportunities are offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of practice; BLS certification.
• 1 year RN experience; pediatrics/ICU/NICU experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the float pool across Med-Surg units: Peds Med-Surg, NICU, PICU; potential Mother/Baby rotation.
• Support three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa with self-scheduling.
• Nights shift 7:00 pm–7:30 am; float to different units based on operational needs.
