Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Full‑Time RN for the Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) in Nampa. The role involves a 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with eligibility for sign‑on incentives, competitive wages, on-call pay, and an 8% Float Pool shift differential.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.
• Multistate license must establish residency with Idaho Board within 60 days from hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider at date of hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care across general departments and float to different units as needed.
• Educate patients and families; develop and implement care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; document care accurately.
