Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) to provide hands-on patient care across medical/surgical, ortho, neuro, post-partum and telemetry units.

You will educate patients, administer medications, and collaborate with colleagues to develop and adjust care plans, while maintaining documentation and patient advocacy. Eligible for sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and housing stipend depending on location.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification at date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care across medical/surgical, ortho, neuro, post-partum and telemetry units.
• Educate patients, administer medications, and develop care plans.
• Document accurately and communicate plans of care to the team.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to nursing standards and hospital policies.
