Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking compassionate RN Float Pool nurses for PRN coverage across multiple units including ED, ICU, and telemetry. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements).
• 1+ year RN experience preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire.
• Depending on assignment, ACLS and/or PALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, Medical-Surgical units for adults and pediatrics as assigned.
• Coordinate care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Rotate across units in Mercy Hospital Washington Float Pool to support staffing needs.
