Qualifikationen

• Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license.
• Adaptable to various inpatient settings.
• Experience and certifications as required by float units.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC & PALS preferred or must obtain within 12 months of hire.
• BSN degree preferred.
• National Certification in emergency/critical care preferred (CEN/CCRN/PCCN).

• Maintains age-appropriate nursing standards and follows physician orders.
• Ensures patient diversity, privacy, and confidentiality during care.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments on admission and regularly thereafter.
• Administers medications and IV therapy per policies and procedures.
• Reassesses patient status, implements interventions, and evaluates responses.
• Communicates critical changes to physicians/providers in a timely manner.
• Documents findings and regulatory mandates in the chart per policies.
• Completes and maintains yearly unit competencies and education requirements.
