Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool at St. Francis Downtown. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across multiple units and sites, adapting to staffing needs and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with at least 1 year of acute care experience, strong clinical skills, and flexibility to float within markets. Epic EHR experience is preferred; BLS/ACLS/PALS as required.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in designated state
• Experience with float pool or multiple units a plus
• BLS and ACLS/PALS as applicable per assignment
