Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Site Float Pool in Med Surg and Orthopedic units at West Hospital. The RN will float across departments and sites as needed, delivering high-quality patient care under clinical supervision.

Qualifications include an RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS as needed, and 1 year of acute care experience. Epic EHR experience is preferred. Benefits support ongoing learning and well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS (as required based on specialty).
• 1 year of experience as an RN in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Float within tiers to various departments and sites to provide patient care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety activities.
• Plan and coordinates nursing care using the best available evidence.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
