Job summary

Medical City Denton is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool ICU and ER, working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role requires a Texas RN license (or compact license), a bachelor’s degree, ACLS certification, BLS within 30 days, and at least two years of ICU/ER experience.

As a member of HCA Healthcare, you’ll join a team focused on patient experience, safety, and collaboration with physicians and staff across units.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required or obtained
• BLS/Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse in TX or compact license required
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU/ER experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective care of a diverse range of intensive care patients, collaborating with Nurse Coordinators, physicians, technicians and allied health staff.
