Job summary

Medical City Frisco, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an RN Float Pool to provide flexible coverage across units. The RN will plan and deliver goal-directed nursing care, advocate for patients, coordinate care, and apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.

The role requires Texas RN license or compact, BCLS and ACLS, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. BSN is preferred and a robust benefits package supports colleagues across the system.

Qualifications

• BCLS and ACLS are required.
• RN must hold Texas license or compact license.
• BSN is preferred.
• 1+ year acute care experience is required.
