Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS as applicable by specialty.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per standards.
• Float to various departments/sites as needed within the market.
• Coordinate nursing care and documentation; ensure patient safety.
• Participate in quality improvement and professional practice model.
• Utilize EHR tools and evidence-based practices in care.
