Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ED Float Pool at St. Francis Downtown. You will float to multiple departments and sites, assessing and planning patient care while coordinating with the health care team. Flexibility and strong clinical skills are essential.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience. EPIC EHR experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in designated state (required).
• 1 year of acute care RN experience (required).
• BLS (required); ACLS/PALS as per specialty (if indicated).
• EPIC EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to various ED departments and sites as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care and communicate with care team.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient safety.
